At 10:00 am on June 29, 2015, the 2015 Semi-annual Staff Meeting with the theme of “making glorious more bright with concerted effort” of GLORIOUS INTERNATIONAL GROUP was held in the Conference Room on the first basement of the headquarters. Members of the first Board of Directors of the Group, members of the President Office of the Group, directors of each center of the Group and general managers of each business department attended the meeting. The meeting announced the adjustment of new structure “Board of Directors + Management Team”, that is, owners and operators of the Company would be divided. The members of the Board of Directors and the new management team met with all employees. Chairman Zhao Hui, Executive Chairman Gao Hongyu, Chief Supervisor Cai Chunhua and the new president delivered keynote speeches.

The meeting was presided over by Ms. Gao Hongyu, current Executive President and the Executive Chairman of the first Board of Directors. Gao Hongyu introduced the members of the first Board of Directors of the Company to all employees, including Zhao Hui, the Chairman of the Group, Gao Hongyu, the Executive Chairman, Mr. Cai Chunhua, the Chairman of Shanghai Association of Enterprise Managers, Ms. Liu Heng, the senior practitioner in the field of financial investment, Lawyer Mr. Qiao Yu. The Board of Directors was provided with “Strategic Investment Decision-making Committee”, “Financial Audit Committee”, “Remuneration and Welfare Committee”, “Legal Committee”, “Office of the Board of Directors”, etc. As the highest decision-making body of the Group, the Board of Directors is responsible for the Chairman of the Group, deliberating and discussing important issues of the Group, including major investment, appointment and removal of senior managers, remuneration and rewards and punishments, assessment of the management team, etc., to form decisions.

The new President spoke on behalf of the management team to introduce the members of the president team to all the staff, and make some work arrangements. The President first expressed his determination and confidence to join GLORIOUS, then briefly introduced his diversified business background, talked about his views and understanding of the current business segments of the group, and finally assigned the task of the next stage to the General Managers of each Business Department.

Mr. Cai Chunhua, the Chairman of the Board of Supervisors, then made a speech, telling all employees about the macroeconomic situation and the current development of the industry involved in the company, telling everyone to cherish their job opportunities, explaining that the reason for the adjustment of the group structure is to meet the requirements of the new situation, and telling the new management team to achieve further success on the basis of the fruitful work of the previous management team. Finally, he expressed his determination to “fully support the management team” and encouraged all employees to “strive hard and create greater glories”.

After listening to the speeches from the representative of the board of directors, the management team and the representative of the board of supervisors, the chairman Zhao Hui expressed that he hoped that “the new management team could adapt as soon as possible, to face the difficulties and achieve the goal”, and that all members would “strengthen cooperation, understand more, and blame less. ” He also expressed his determination to try his best to serve the management team.

Finally, Ms. Gao Hongyu made a concluding remark and put forward the new requirements of “loyalty, dedication, responsibility, efficiency, communication, cooperation, modesty, economy, gratitude, and result orientation” to the top management team and all employees.

Through this conference, all employees fully understood the history of the Group’s development for more than 20 years, the current status and future strategic planning, and the significance of the Group’s structural adjustment. In addition, they also better understood the excellent opportunities and internal and external challenges that the group is facing.
